after all the downloading, installing, uninstalling, and downloading again along with a few choice words "of just turn it off and walk away from it", it works fine. As though nothing was wrong in the first place.

This was just a test of the emergency "Get Quigs to download, install, uninstall, pull his hair out, raise his blood pressure and make him give up and walk away" system.

Had this been an actual emergency...

It would have been totally funny to watch!!

Oh I've had my share of "OMG WHAT JUST HAPPENED" moments.

Like when I bought my new external hard drive. I turned it on, THEN turned on my computer, but my computer wouldn't come on... I thought "Oh NO!!! I just fried my computer!"

It's a simple process of starting my computer first, then turning on my hard drive.

Just havin' some fun, Quigs!

okay, Apology accepted. Considering though what happened for two and half weeks with my computer, you can't really blame me for being pensive and slightly annoyed; can you?

It's understandable to be annoyed when computers just won't cooperate... and I didn't sense you being all that annoyed. Which is probably why I was being such a smart-aleck.

Hows the computer running now?

Not bad. My friend from church sighted it was the wireless connection and set me and my room mate back up. Speaking of backs, how's yours? Feeling better I hope.

Have you ever been in so much pain it made you cry?

That's where I am now. But, I'm at work, chuggin' away. Pray that the Motrin kicks in soon.
